Job Name:	Alterations at 3240 Lonetree
Location:	Antioch, Ca
Description: Commercial tenant improvement of a 10,312 sqft building in Antioch, Ca which comprises of sub trades ranging from demolition all the way to painting. In addition, a two-story elevator will be constructed allowing new handicap accessibility to the second floor. Originally figured as a single phase renovation, this project underwent significant redesign in the early phases of pre-construction so that the construction sequencing was seamless for the existing building tenants. Our construction management team is now working closely together with the owner, structural engineer, and architect to value engineer all finish materials and design concepts. This remodel is schedule to be complete July 1st, 2009.

Location:	Macy's West Union Square
Description: 1,800 sqft retail remodel at Macy's Union Square San Francisco, Ca. WCCI is working closely with Calvin Klein and Macy's to expedite the project on a swift 1 week deadline. The project includes demolition, electrical, framing, sheetrock, hardwood flooring, and painting. Construction Start date: May 18th, 2009 - Completion Date: May 25th, 2009.
